Experience: 5+ years in Direct Selling, Network Marketing, Channel Sales, or Distributor DevelopmentAbout the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive distributor activation, leader engagement, and network expansion. The role involves managing distributor relationships, reactivating inactive leaders, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the growth of ODN's Business Council program.Key ResponsibilitiesDistributor & Leader Development
- Reactivate dormant distributors and network leaders.
- Build strong relationships with key leaders and distributor groups.
- Generate and convert leads into active distributors.
- Travel regularly to meet distributors and support business growth.
Business Council Management
- Coordinate and manage monthly Business Council meetings.
- Follow up with members and track participation and contributions.
- Support distributor engagement initiatives, events, and product launches.
Sales & Team Management
- Manage and guide the existing sales team.
- Monitor sales pipelines, lead tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure CRM and sales tools are updated and effectively used.
- Provide weekly performance reports and updates.
Key Targets
- Generate 250–500 qualified leads per month.
- Increase active distributor base.
- Drive network sales growth and distributor engagement.
- Successfully reactivate key leaders and dormant distributor clusters.
Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements
- Experience in direct selling, network marketing, channel sales, or distributor management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales or business development targets.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and Hindi; English proficiency preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Preferred
- Experience in health, wellness, FMCG, or nutraceutical industries.
- Existing network of distributors or business leaders.
- Experience managing sales teams and conducting online/offline business meetings.
