Job Overview
COCO LENI is looking for a proactive and passionate Learning & Development Executive to drive employee learning, training, and capability-building initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that enhance employee performance, engagement, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through discussions with managers and business leaders.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Develop and implement training calendars and learning initiatives.
- Conduct soft skills, customer service, retail excellence, and process training programs.
- Coordinate external trainers, training vendors, and learning resources when required.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and learning documentation.
- Create training materials, SOPs, presentations, and learning content.
- Support leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
- Partner with HR and department heads to build a culture of continuous learning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or HR.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in conducting classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Ability to create engaging learning content and training modules.
- Good organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and learning management tools is preferred.
