We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Voice Process (Inbound / Outbound Calling) Executive to connect with colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India. The role involves telecalling, lead qualification, relationship building, follow-ups, and conversion of institutional prospects for premium products and services. The JD includes:
- Make outbound calls to colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Introduce the organisation’s premium institutional services, rankings, assessments, certifications, publications, events, or partnership opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, follow-up dates, and lead status in the CRM or tracking sheet.
- Build long-term institutional relationships and support repeat business opportunities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,289.12 per month
