Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop SPMs, automation systems, and customized machinery.
- Prepare 3D models, assembly drawings, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs using Solid Edge.
- Develop innovative machine concepts based on customer requirements.
- Perform design calculations, component selection, and tolerance analysis.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, electrical, and automation teams for smooth project execution.
- Support machine assembly, testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Solid Edge software.
- Strong knowledge of machine design and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Experience in SPM, Industrial Automation, Material Handling Systems, Conveyors, Fixtures, and Robotics.
- Knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Linear Motion Systems, and Mechanical Components.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, GD&T, and BOM preparation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical.
