Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused QC Executive to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of analytical testing and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing analytical data, maintaining GMP compliance, and supporting quality control activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and stability samples using approved test methods.
* Review analytical raw data, instrument printouts, chromatograms, worksheets, logbooks, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
* Conduct and review testing using HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, Wet Chemistry, and other analytical techniques.
* Ensure all analytical activities comply with SOPs, STPs, cGMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements.
* Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ALCOA/ALCOA+ principles.
* Assist in analytical method validation, verification, and transfer activities.
* Support investigations related to OOS, OOT, deviations, and laboratory incidents.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of testing and documentation.
* Ensure laboratory readiness for internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
* Prepare, review, and maintain quality records and reports as required.
Skills Required
* Strong knowledge of HPLC operation, analysis, and data interpretation.
* Understanding of analytical method validation and verification.
* Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and data integrity requirements.
* Familiarity with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and KF.
* Good documentation practices and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
* B.Sc. / M.Sc. , Analytical Chemistry, or related Science discipline.
* Freshers with relevant laboratory exposure or experienced candidates may apply.
