In process inspection, Basic knowledge of Electrical & Electronics Components Identification, Cable Harness & Quality standards .
Key Responsibilities:
- The products In-process Inspection as per Production Information and Notification System (PINS)
- Verify that all documents provided in the Route Card.
- The QA inspector will ensure the product is identified by Route Card Tag. Reference documents for inspection are loaded in the PINS for Verification.
- The concerned Inspector shall start inspecting product as per relevant design document such as MBOM, GA, ASM drawings, EBOM, WL, WD, MPTP, component configuration etc.
- Inspector will follow check points released for In-process Inspection as per Check List for In-process inspection.
- Inspector will also verify that both process & workmanship are taken care during production as per relevant Process Standard (PS) and Quality Standard (QS).
- On completion of Inspection, the inspector will enter the QA observations at relevant stages in PINS or otherwise give clearance to next stage. During the entry of observations in the PINS, the inspector will categorize any improvement points under “OI” not to call these observations under Non-conformities like Design, Document, Material or workmanship.
- Preparation QA Documents as per Customer Requirements.
