Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Calicut (Kozhikode)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data-driven optimization.
- Manage SEO, SEM, website traffic, and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Oversee social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Coordinate with the creative team for graphics, videos, and promotional content.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Generate high-quality leads and support the sales team in achieving admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Education, EdTech, or Service industry.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
