Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Senior Career & Admissions Counselor to guide students toward the right academic and career pathways while driving admissions and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong counseling, communication, and consultative sales skills, with experience in student recruitment, admissions, education sales, or overseas education counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, career opportunities, admissions requirements, and study pathways.
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable programs based on their goals and eligibility.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling, relationship building, and follow-ups.
- Manage the complete admissions cycle from lead generation to enrollment closure.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, referrals, events, and outbound activities.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person counseling sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with universities, academic teams, and operations departments to ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, workshops, and promotional events.
- Mentor junior counselors and support team performance when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in admissions counseling, career counseling, overseas education counseling, EdTech sales, or student recruitment.
- Proven track record of achieving admissions or sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,591.74 - ₹45,465.41 per month
