Job Summary
MedPlus Pharmacy is seeking energetic and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistants to support daily pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will assist customers, manage inventory, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure smooth functioning of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating medicines and healthcare products.
- Support pharmacists in day-to-day pharmacy operations.
- Receive, stock, and arrange medicines and other products.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Assist in billing and cash handling activities.
- Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
