About the Role
Skillfloor Academy is looking for passionate and knowledgeable professionals to join as
Subject Matter Expert (SME) Trainees in the domain of Cybersecurity.
Selected candidates will undergo a structured two-week training program followed by
assessments. Candidates who successfully complete the training and assessment will be
offered a full-time position as a Trainer/SME with Skillfloor Academy.
Training & Onboarding
1. Training Duration: 2 weeks (Mandatory)
2. Training Location: Bengaluru – Kudlu Gate Office
3. Stipend During Training: ₹25,000 per month
4. Accommodation will be provided during the training period for candidates
relocating from outside Bengaluru (excluding Bengaluru residents).
5. Assessment: Conducted during the training period
6. Employment Contract: 1-year employment agreement from the date of joining as a
full-time employee
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
2. Develop and update training content, assignments, and assessments.
3. Mentor learners and support their academic and career development.
4. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
5. Collaborate with the academic team to enhance training quality and learner
outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Minimum 2 years of overall professional experience.
2. Preferably 1 year of experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or knowledge-
sharing roles.
3. Good communication and presentation skills.
4. Good knowledge of the EC-Council CEH curriculum.
5. Hands-on experience with Kali Linux and Cyber Security tools.
6. Good understanding of:

8. Web Application Security

7. John the Ripper
8. Nikto
9. Gobuster
8. Good communication and presentation skills.
9. Ability to conduct both online and classroom training.
