- Handling administrative requirements of the company.
- Ensure cleanliness of floor area, Cafe and washroom.
- Ensure all chairs, wall paintings, branding, signage’s and other upholstery are maintained.
- Ensure daily facility rounds and identification of snags and having it rectified.
- Ensuring cleanliness and setup of wellness room, meeting rooms, training area, lockers etc.
- Ensuring the follow up of 52 weeks calendar.
- Daily audits of HK chemicals & Cafe, weekly report to be shared.
- Ensuring 100% compliance of supports staff documentation, monthly report to be shared.
- Ensuring demand of stationary, drinking water being placed.
- Ensuring no major facility/transport escalation when in shifts and handling of mails and complaints.
- Supervising contract facility management team i.e. Housekeeping, Pest control, Security and Electrician.
- Ensuring Food festivals, fun and sale activity being conducted in cafe.
- Preparation on monthly/weekly reports to AM.
- At least 5+ year experience in office administration.
- Must be capable of handling all admin related activity independently.
- Must be flexible with timings, including night shifts.
- Should be enthusiastic and team player.
- Basic computer skills.
- Graduate.
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Team handling experience.
