Job Summary:
Samartha Broking & Education is looking for a dynamic and market-oriented Equity Dealer / Relationship Manager to service traders and investors, generate business, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a passion for financial markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate business through indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and support traders and investors on a day-to-day basis.
- Execute client trades in Equity and Derivatives as per company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Generate new clients and business through indirect sales channels, referrals, relationship building, and partner networks.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through references, channel partners, and existing client networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Assist clients with account opening, onboarding, and activation processes.
- Follow up with clients for fund addition, product activation, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with research and operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Resolve client queries related to trading platforms, products, and services.
- Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of Equity, Derivatives, and Financial Markets.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Sales and business development orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced market environment.
- Knowledge of trading platforms and MS Office will be an added advantage.
- NISM Certification (Series VIII or other relevant certifications) preferred.
Experience:
- Freshers with strong stock market knowledge can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in stock broking, dealing, or financial services preferred.
