Job Summary :-
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive with a strong background in generating B2B leads for the US market. The ideal candidate will have expertise in prospect research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting. The role requires identifying and engaging decision-makers across target industries to build a robust sales pipeline for the business development team.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate qualified B2B leads and business opportunities in the US market.
- Conduct market research to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and business opportunities.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online databases, and other lead generation tools to build prospect lists.
- Execute cold email campaigns and personalized outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up activities with prospects across different US time zones.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and sales appointments for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate lead and account information in CRM systems.
- Track and report lead generation metrics, campaign performance, and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, preferably for the US market.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
- Strong expertise in prospect research, database building, and account mapping.
- Hands-on experience managing cold email campaigns and outbound sales outreach.
- Experience in cold calling and engaging US-based prospects.
- Understanding of US business culture, buyer personas, and sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience generating leads for IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, FinTech, AI/ML, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services.
- Experience in appointment setting and sales development for US clients.
- Knowledge of outbound sales methodologies and account-based marketing (ABM).
