Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated MBBS Doctor to provide primary healthcare services at a power project site in Tamil Nadu. The role involves managing occupational health services, attending to medical emergencies, conducting routine health assessments, and ensuring the well-being of employees working at the project site.
Fresh MBBS graduates and qualified foreign medical graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient medical consultation and treatment to employees.
- Attend and manage medical emergencies and workplace injuries.
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations.
- Maintain medical records and health reports.
- Monitor employee health and occupational safety standards.
- Coordinate referrals to hospitals and specialists when required.
- Conduct health awareness and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company health regulations.
- Manage site medical equipment, medicines, and first-aid facilities.
Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Qualified foreign medical graduates eligible to practice in India may also apply.
- Valid registration with the appropriate medical council (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a project-site environment.
