Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute lessons in English language and literature, adhering to the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Lesson Planning: Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assessment: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and conducive classroom environment.
- Student Support: Identify students requiring additional support and implement individualized learning plans.
- Parental Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and development.
