Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of experience in Third Party Manufacturing (TPM) sales within the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for contract manufacturing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads for Third Party Manufacturing (TPM) services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle end-to-end client coordination, including product inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
- Coordinate with Production, PPIC, QA, QC, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Third Party Manufacturing/Contract Manufacturing business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Third Party Manufacturing/Contract Manufacturing sales in a pharmaceutical company.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling domestic pharma clients.
- Existing network within the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer-centric approach with excellent presentation skills.
Compensation
- Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and interview performance).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
