This internship follows a performance-linked stipend model.
- Interns will be assigned monthly sales/business development targets.
- A stipend will be paid only upon achieving the minimum performance target.
- If the minimum target is not achieved, no stipend will be payable for that performance period.
- High performers may receive additional incentives, recognition, and opportunities for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified business leads.
- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Present and explain PaperClip's products and services.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Assist in sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support business development and partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily activity reports.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
