Job Responsibilities
· Managing the sales funnel
· Co-ordinate with Sales team and Channel Partners
· Helping the sales team/stake holders improve productivity through regular communication with customers and analyzing reports
· To engage in initial call with the prospect before passing the conversation to the respective stakeholders.
- Handle Inbound/Outbound calls on sales leads and pitch to convert interested prospects into customers.
· Assure Quality of Sales
· Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
· Answering sales calls and providing necessary information
· Ability to handle customer queries successfully
· Ability to review and recommend changes to sales processes
Qualifications
· Ideal candidate should possess Excellent MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, and presentation)
· Bachelor's degree
· Candidates with 2-5 years' experience in Sales Coordination role
· Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
· Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
· Growth mindset and thrive in a challenging environment
· The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
· Good team development and leadership skills.
Managing customer, channel and influencer databases.
