We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales professional to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen distributor and retailer relationships across assigned territories.
- Drive primary and secondary sales targets across assigned territory
- Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and channel partners
- Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets
- Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and schemes
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit norms
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates
- Lead, train, and guide field sales teams (for managerial roles)
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales (GT / MT / E-commerce as applicable)
- Strong understanding of distributor management and retail execution
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography
