Key Resopnsibilities:
- Collabrate with customers to understand their requirement and plan banquet events accordingly.
- Ensure high-quality service nd customer satisfaction during events.
- Oversee inventory of beverages and banquet supplies.
- Control costs and work within the alloacted evevt budget.
- Coordinate with Chef for menu planning.
- Create event schedules and assign tasks to staff.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the banquet hall.
- Train and motivate banquet team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- A minium of 5 to 8 years of experience in planning and managing events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
