Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Pre Sales Executive to manage both inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and support the sales funnel for our real estate projects. Candidates should have a customer-focused approach and experience in real estate or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential buyers from CRM databases, online leads, and referrals.
- Qualify leads based on customer preferences, budgets, and urgency.
- Share brochures, pricing, and location maps with interested clients.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for property visits.
- Maintain lead status reports and achieve weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams based on client responses.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2–4 years of Pre Sales Executive experience.
- Real estate, insurance, or banking experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and regional languages.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.
