We are looking for a results-driven WordPress Developer with Digital Marketing expertise to join our team. This role is suited for candidates with 1–3 years of hands-on experience who can independently handle websites, campaigns, and performance optimization while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize WordPress websites (custom themes, plugins, layouts)
- Convert Figma designs into responsive, production-ready web pages
- Collaborate on UI/UX improvements and suggest practical design enhancements
- Handle backend basics using PHP & MySQL
- Implement on-page SEO and technical optimization (speed, structure, indexing)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate development, content, and workflows
- Create and refine creatives using Figma & Photoshop
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Build lead generation funnels, landing pages, and improve conversion rates
- Track and analyze performance (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions)
- Set up and manage tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
- Handle hosting, domain setup, and cPanel operations
- Troubleshoot issues, maintain uptime, and ensure website security
Required Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong WordPress development & customization
- Figma (design understanding + design-to-code execution)
- Proven experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation & conversion tracking
- SEO fundamentals (on-page + technical basics)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Working knowledge of PHP & MySQL
- Photoshop (basic level)
- Hosting & cPanel fundamentals
Experience
1–3 years (real project experience required — not just training)
