Job Summary:
An Account Assistant supports the accounting and finance department by maintaining financial records, processing transactions, assisting with bookkeeping, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting documents.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.
- Prepare and update accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and statements.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients or vendors.
- Maintain filing systems for financial documents and records.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
- Enter accounting data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Assist with audits and compliance-related activities.
- Respond to finance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
