Job Title: Graphic Design Intern - Iconography & Product Visual Design

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Duration: 3 months with an opportunity for conversion to a full-time role based on performance
Overview:
Q2Pay Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our Product Design team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create high-quality icons, illustrations and other graphic assets based on product requirements while ensuring consistency with our design system and visual guidelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design, iconography, vector graphics and design fundamentals with an eye for detail and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Iconography & Visual Design
● Design icons, illustrations and other graphic assets based on product requirements and specifications.
● Create clean, scalable, and pixel-perfect vector assets for digital products.
● Convert and redesign existing icons and graphics to align with the latest design system and visual guidelines.
● Maintain consistency in style, proportions, spacing, colour and visual treatment across graphic assets.
Product Design Collaboration
● Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers and Product teams to understand design requirements.
● Translate product requirements and design briefs into high-quality visual assets.
● Ensure graphic assets integrate effectively with existing UI and product experiences.
● Incorporate feedback from designers and stakeholders and iterate designs efficiently.
Required Skills:
● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop or equivalent design software.
● Working knowledge of Figma.
● Strong understanding of:
○ Iconography
○ Vector graphics
○ Visual hierarchy
○ Typography
○ Spacing
○ Colour
○ Layout and composition
● Ability to create clean, precise and pixel-perfect vector assets.
● Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
● Good communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to understand design requirements and translate them into visual solutions.
Qualifications:
Recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field.
Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Academic, personal, freelance or project-based design experience will be considered.
