We are hiring for HR Manager for Manufacturing Industry
Location: Erode
Experience: 8–12 Years
# Manage end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of around 700 employees.
# Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, Factory Act, CLRA, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other labor laws.
# Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, systems, and standard operating procedures.
# Prepare and manage the annual HR budget, including manpower planning and employee cost forecasting.
# Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
# Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant.
# Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory deductions are processed correctly.
# Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
# Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
# Ensure timely submission of statutory reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
# Monitor HR metrics and generate MIS reports for management review.
# Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve organizational objectives.
