Assistant Cost Engineer (MEP)
Experience :- 8 Years
o The Assistant Cost Engineer (MEP) will primarily support all MEP-related quantity verification, bill checking, documentation, and MIS management. This role ensures accurate measurement and verification of MEP works and supports the Contracts Lead and Deputy Cost Engineer in cost control and reporting.
o Verify MEP quantities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV, etc.) based on drawings and site inspections.
o Check MEP-related measurements and raise discrepancies where required.
o Assist in reviewing MEP sections of RA bills and verifying supporting documents.
o Track and maintain logs of MEP material receipts and consumption.
o Assist in reconciling major client-supplied MEP materials.
o Maintain MIS reports for MEP quantities, bills, and material logs.
o Organize MEP drawings, datasheets, approvals, and inspection reports.
o Update MEP-related progress photographs and site logs.
o Coordinate with MEP vendors and contractors for measurement/data collection.
o Support preparation of MEP-related sections in monthly cost reports and dashboards
