Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Public Cloud solutions for a leading Indian university. You will manage large-scale SAP transformation programs, driving cloud-based ERP implementations and stakeholder management across academic and administrative environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead the complete lifecycle (RISE with SAP / S/4HANA Public Cloud) from discovery and fit-to-standard to deployment and hypercare using SAP Activate methodology.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between university leadership, functional teams, and SI partners.
- Resource & Program Management: Manage cross-functional SAP teams, drive resource planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Change & Quality Governance: Govern testing cycles (SIT, UAT), oversee data migration, and lead organizational change management and user adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 10–12 years overall, with 5+ years in SAP project management. Proven track record in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- Industry Focus: Experience in the Higher Education / Public Sector is highly desirable.
- Technical Insights: Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Activate methodology, and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., LMS).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Tech/CS. PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP certifications are a major plus
Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
