We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to spearhead our SaaS and Product Sales within the Indian domestic market. With 10–20 years of experience, the ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with a deep network in India’s enterprise and mid-market segments. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the localized sales lifecycle, and positioning our SaaS solutions as the gold standard for Indian businesses undergoing digital transformation.
· Domestic Market Expansion: Develop and execute GTM strategies specifically for the Indian geography, targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
· Local Relationship Building: Leverage existing networks to build strong relationships with CTOs, CISOs, and Heads of Digital Transformation across Indian enterprises.
· Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the journey from initial prospecting and "cold-to-warm" outreach to high-stakes negotiations and final contract closures.
· Product Evangelism: Conduct deep-dive product demonstrations and POCs (Proof of Concepts) tailored to the specific regulatory and operational needs of Indian clients.
· Ecosystem Networking: Represent the company at major Indian tech forums (NASSCOM, TiE, etc.) and industry-specific summits.
· Tender & RFP Management: Manage the end-to-end process for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring compliance with Indian commercial and legal standards.
Team Leadership: Mentor a local team of BDEs and Account Managers, fostering a culture of "customer-first" selling and high-velocity closing.
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
Preferred: MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1/2 Business School in India.
Tools: Mastery of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce) and Indian lead-generation platforms (Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn).
Language: Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a significant plus for South Indian market penetration.
· Tenure: 10–20 years in IT Sales/SaaS, with at least 5 years specifically focusing on the Indian domestic market.
· Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding ₹5Cr+ annual revenue targets in the Indian software space.
· Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Indian SaaS landscape, Cloud services, and the "Digital India" ecosystem.
· Negotiation: Expert at navigating the price-sensitive nature of the Indian market while maintaining value-based margins.
· Leadership: Experience managing distributed sales teams across different Indian region
Pay: ₹13,895.39 - ₹80,000.00 per month
