We are currently hiring an experienced Email Marketing Expert to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. This position is strictly office-based and is suited for professionals who have built deep expertise specifically in email marketing.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of hands-on, international email marketing experience
Key Expectations:
The ideal candidate is someone who has worked extensively on email marketing across multiple domains and understands the nuances of audience segmentation, deliverability, campaign optimization, and performance tracking. We are looking for a professional who lives and breathes email marketing and can independently design, execute, and optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns for international audiences
- Develop data-driven email strategies to improve open rates, CTRs, conversions, and overall ROI
- Create and optimize email funnels, drip campaigns, and automation workflows
- Ensure high deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with global email regulations
- Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns to improve performance
- Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams to align messaging and objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of pure email marketing experience (international exposure is mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience with email marketing tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems
- Proven ability to create and implement new email marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance reporting
- Experience working across different industries and business models
