Position: Social Media Page Handler
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented social media page handler to manage and grow our brand’s online presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily social media activities, engaging with audiences, creating content strategies, and ensuring consistent brand communication aligned with our eco-conscious mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media pages, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and promotional content regularly.
- Create engaging captions, hashtags, and content ideas to improve audience interaction.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Track social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve reach and engagement.
- Analyze page performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and communication across all platforms.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities through social media management.
Requirements
- 0-2 yrs Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content handling.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media tools.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively.
- Experience in FMCG, personal care, healthcare, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Portfolio showcasing managed social media pages or campaigns.
