Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced RTM Business Analyst with strong expertise in distributor operations, primary & secondary sales processes, and Route-to-Market systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in DMS/SFA implementations, distributor operations, and driving insights through sales data.
Roles & Responsibilities
RTM Domain Expertise

Deep understanding of Route-to-Market processes across Primary & Secondary Sales.

Strong knowledge of distributor operations, including:

Distributor Management Systems (DMS)
-
Field Force Automation / Sales Force Automation (SFA)
-
Beat management, order capturing via HHT
-
Experience working with FMCG/Consumer Goods distribution ecosystems.
Implementation & Project Delivery
-
Lead and support implementation of DMS/SFA systems, including hierarchy setup, configuration, and rollout.
Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle: requirement gathering design testing deployment- hypercare.

Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and distributor partners for successful implementation.
Analytics & Dashboarding
-
Analyze primary & secondary sales data across platforms to derive actionable insights.
-
Identify trends, patterns, and performance issues in distributor operations.

Support creation of dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement

Identify repeated trends in support tickets and define proactive action plans.

Evaluate data flow and interface architecture for enhancements and optimal design.

Work closely with business and tech teams to troubleshoot application/performance issues.
Additional Responsibilities

Ability to think independently and drive initiatives across multi-functional teams.

Exposure to systems such as Retailer Apps, HHT, DMS, SAP, and online sales channels (advantage).

Contribute to RTM analytics and support digital transformation in sales & distribution.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Distribution / RTM domain.

Strong functional expertise in Primary & Secondary Sales processes.

Hands-on exposure to DMS platforms (e.g., Botree, Newspage, etc.).

Experience with SFA/Field Force systems and distributor operations.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data meaningfully.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Background

Strong academic record from reputed engineering or management institutions.
