Job Description
NIILM University is looking for a Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain accurate data records across university systems. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
- Ability to handle confidential data responsibly
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in university databases and systems
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry
- Manage records, files, and documents in both digital and physical formats
- Generate reports and summaries as required by the department
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and correctness
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
Desirable Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of office administration processes
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
Pay Scale
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
