1. Responsible for coordination of all Sales activity for West Region –
Maharashtra for Schedule monitoring, Inventory control, on time payment
collection & Increase in SOB
2. Responsible for developing Leads , finding applications and closing new
business along with the Segment Head with Automobile Tier 1 , Tier 2 &
OEM’S
3. Develop and implement plans to expand the organization's product reach and
revenues by identifying new CUSTOMERS and attracting new customers.
4. Having good Market Intelligence and keeping close eyes on competitor Pricing
policy , SOB & can do better SWOT Analysis of the competitor and also aware
about changing market conditions, and competitive advantages
5. Contribute to sales / marketing efforts in order to increase the pace of
customer acquisition
6. Attending and presenting at industry events , exhibition and conducting
seminars
7. Developing a good relationship with all the existing and new customers and
able to get the required sample , drawing assemblies and Internal prices from
the customer
8. Handling the complaints and able to close maximum at his own level

1) Technical :
Functional expertise in Sales & New Business Development
Ability to set up ambitious deliverables, implementation and ensure
compliance across team.
Strong business acumen, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to travel throughout the PAN India Region on a regular basis
Proven sales track record identifying and closing business and providing
customer satisfaction and solutions
Proven relationships with OEMs , Tier 1 & Tier 2

Pay: ₹13,920.11 - ₹80,000.00 per month
