Role Description
We’re seeking a Market Research Intern to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be pivotal in researching credit card reward points and loyalty programs, managing and analyzing data, and providing insights to drive strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Create and maintain accurate databases for credit card reward points and loyalty programs.
- Market Research: Conduct research on loyalty programs, credit card rewards, competitors, and market trends.
- Data Analysis: Use Microsoft Excel to analyze and interpret data, presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed research reports and summaries to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and strategy teams on ongoing projects, providing insights and innovative ideas.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate and present innovative ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with credit card reward points and loyalty programs is a plus.
