Role Description
- The Professor (ECE) will provide academic leadership in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, delivering high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, guiding research and innovation, and contributing to departmental growth, accreditation, and institutional development in line with AICTE and University norms.
- Adopt innovative and student-centric pedagogical methods including experiential learning, case-based learning, and use of digital tools.
- Maintain academic records including attendance, internal assessment marks, and students' progress.
- Publications in peer-reviewed/SCI/Scopus-indexed journals and conferences of repute.
- Experience in guiding Ph.D./M.Tech scholars and securing sponsored research projects/consultancy.
- Exposure to NBA/NAAC accreditation processes and outcome-based education (OBE) frameworks.
- Professional membership in bodies such as IEEE, IETE, or ISTE.
- Qualification:-
- B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a relevant/allied specialization, with Ph.D. in a relevant field.
- First Class or equivalent (in terms of grade point average) at either Bachelor's or Master's level in the relevant branch.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching / research / industry, out of which at least 3 years shall be at the level of Associate Professor.
- OR: Minimum 13 years of experience in industry/profession, of which at least 3 years shall be at a position comparable to Associate Professor.
