Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Operations & Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in B2B and B2C sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business growth, managing client relationships, coordinating operational activities, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain sales and operational records and prepare periodic reports.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to business growth initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Operations.
- Hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- PreferredKnowledge in sales and marketing
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
