Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and responsible HR Officer to manage HR operations, employee relations, office administration, compliance, and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end HR processes while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management
Manage employee attendance, leave, and discipline.
Handle payroll inputs and coordinate payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source, screen, and schedule candidate interviews.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Administration & Facility Management
Monitor office infrastructure, assets, and facilities.
Manage housekeeping, pantry, and office maintenance activities.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Ensure proper utilization and upkeep of company assets.
Escalate infrastructure and operational issues to management.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
Attendance, discipline, and employee compliance management.
Payroll and statutory compliance support.
Employee grievance handling and resolution.
Recruitment closure within defined timelines.
Office administration and infrastructure management.
Timely reporting, documentation, and escalation.
Maintenance of workplace hygiene, safety, and discipline.
Employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

Recruitment TAT & Hiring Closure Ratio.
Attendance & Compliance Adherence %.
