About Us
We are an event management company specializing in Corporate Events, Exhibitions, Mall Activations, Sales Promotions, Product Launches, Conferences, and Brand Experiences. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer & Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into engaging event concepts and impactful visual presentations.
Job Responsibilities
- Create 3D designs and realistic renders for event setups, exhibition stalls, stage designs, mall activations, and brand promotion activities.
- Design event branding elements, presentation decks, backdrops, standees, kiosks, signages, and other event-related creatives.
- Develop concepts based on client briefs, budgets, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare design presentations for client proposals and internal discussions.
- Work closely with the production and execution teams to ensure designs are practical and execution-ready.
- Make revisions and modifications based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Event Management, Exhibition, or Activation Industry.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of event production materials, fabrication techniques, and branding applications.
- Excellent visualization and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to understand space planning and audience experience within event environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Profile
- Experience working with an Event Management Company, Exhibition Design Agency, or Activation Agency.
- Understanding of stage design, exhibition structures, retail activations, and experiential marketing.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and production teams.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
