Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Visa Counsellor & Telecaller to handle client inquiries, generate leads, provide visa guidance, and assist clients throughout the visa application process. The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with the ability to manage clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding visa and immigration services.
- Counsel clients for work permits, tourist visas, PR, and other immigration programs.
- Explain visa procedures, documentation requirements, fees, and processing timelines.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and maintain client records.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and counselling.
- Stay updated with current immigration and visa policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and sales abilities.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
- Experience in visa counselling, or tele-calling.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
