Retail Pharmacy Operations
- Ensure accurate dispensing of prescription medicines in compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations.
- Verify prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, contraindications, and patient safety.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines, including cold-chain products.
- Maintain SOPs, regulatory documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure store hygiene, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Team Leadership
- Support the Team Leader in managing pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and store staff.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor team productivity.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members on SOPs, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Monitor attendance, shift planning, and manpower utilization.
- Foster a customer-focused and performance-driven work culture.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
