Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Production Officer to oversee and support daily production operations in our manufacturing unit. Candidates with experience in the Nutraceutical or Herbal industry will be preferred. Freshers with a keen interest in manufacturing and production processes are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities in the manufacturing unit.
- Ensure production processes are carried out efficiently and according to established procedures.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material utilization during production.
- Maintain production records and reports accurately.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with quality, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in achieving production targets within the specified timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in production operations.
- Experience in the Nutraceutical/Herbal industry will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach to work.
