Role Overview
Skybound Wealth Management is an international IFA firm serving expatriates across the UK, UAE/GCC, Portugal, Spain, Australia and other markets. Our Performance Marketing team runs paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads for our advisory business.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join a growing team and support the day to day planning, execution, reporting and analysis of paid campaigns across our core platforms.
This is a hands on, execution focused role suited to someone early in their performance marketing career who wants to build deep, practical expertise across paid platforms, reporting and campaign optimisation, with clear growth into a more senior campaign ownership role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Prepare regular performance reports across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) covering spend, leads, CPL, CTR and other key metrics.
Required Experience & Qualifications
A working understanding of paid advertising concepts, including campaigns, ad sets/groups, targeting, bidding and budgets.
This role sits within a growing performance marketing function supporting Skybound's international lead generation engine. As you build platform expertise and demonstrate ownership, there is a clear path to take on greater campaign responsibility, larger budgets and eventually independent ownership of specific markets or platforms.
