Act as the technical bridge between the company and clients during the sales process.
Understand client requirements for heavy machinery and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide post-sales support, including installation guidance and troubleshooting.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
