We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented Interior Project Manager with over 3 years of experience to oversee our interior design projects from handover to final completion. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our design studio and the execution site, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within the approved budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and resource schedules from design sign-off to final handover.
- On-Site Execution Oversight: Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring work aligns strictly with approved 2D working drawings, material specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Hire, coordinate, and manage specialized subcontractors (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters) and material vendors.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, verify vendor invoices, manage billings, and ensure the project remains within the approved budget.
- Quality Assurance & Safety: Conduct regular quality checks on materials and workmanship to rectify errors early and maintain site safety protocols.
- Client & Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, delays, or variations, while collaborating closely with the design team.
- Problem Solving: Swiftly resolve any on-site technical issues, material shortages, or drawing discrepancies to avoid project delays.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience specifically managing interior design execution or fit-out projects (residential or commercial).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and flawlessly interpret complex 2D execution drawings (AutoCAD layouts, MEP details, carpentry joinery).
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or industry-specific tracking software).
- Leadership & Communication: Strong commanding presence on-site with excellent negotiation, communication, and people-management skills.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel to various local project sites as required.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
