Job Summary
Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and promote the Society's financial products and services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and enhancing market presence in the Delhi region. The role is aligned with Lokmanya's focus on loans, investments, insurance, and other financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and local market activities.
- Promote and sell financial products such as deposits, loans, insurance, mutual funds, and other society offerings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in assigned territories.
- Coordinate with branches and internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales and relationship management.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of financial products and services will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
