Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales/marketing and business development.
- Experience in transformer manufacturing, remanufacturing, electrical equipment, power sector, EPC, utilities, or related industries preferred.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, lead generation, tender/RFQ handling, negotiation, and business development.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with utilities, EPCs, industries, OEMs, and institutional customers.
- Generate enquiries and achieve sales targets.
- Handle tenders, RFQs, quotations, and techno-commercial proposals.
- Promote transformer manufacturing, repair, refurbishment, and remanufacturing services.
- Conduct customer visits, negotiations, and market development activities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
