Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality standards are maintained across all construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, monitoring site execution, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure quality control at construction sites.
- Conduct inspections of civil works, finishing works, and materials.
- Ensure work execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Prepare QA/QC reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and site engineers.
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct material testing and verification as per project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Maintain records of inspections, test reports, and site observations.
- Assist in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–10 years of experience in QA/QC for real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and site execution.
- Experience in quality inspections, testing, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
- Knowledge of IS codes and construction standards.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and site coordination.
Salary:
6 LPA TO 12 LPA
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
