About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and articulate Weekend Retail Sales & Customer Associate to represent JJW merchandise at our store popup. Your role blends operational dispatch support on Fridays with active customer engagement and retail sales on peak weekend shopping days (Saturday & Sunday).
Key Responsibilities
- Friday (Logistics & Order Handover): Assist with end-of-week merchandise packing, rider handoffs, and basic order status updates.
- Saturday & Sunday (Store Sales & Engagement): Greet walk-in customers, explain merchandise collections, answer questions enthusiastically, and drive offline retail sales.
- Merchandise Presentation: Keep merchandise displays visually appealing, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.
- Basic Billing & Inquiries: Process customer payments via POS/QR systems and log customer feedback.
Candidate Profile
- Confident, warm, and engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Creative flair and enthusiasm for pop-culture, character merchandise, or lifestyle retail.
- Basic computer/smartphone literacy for POS billing and daily sales logging.
- Uncompromised weekend availability (Friday through Sunday ).
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
