Role Overview
We are looking for a sales-driven Admission Counsellor who can handle student inquiries, guide prospects, and confidently convert them into enrolled students. This role plays a key part in driving admissions and contributing directly to Harvvest’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Conduct counselling sessions and explain course offerings clearly
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Perform consistent and structured follow-ups
- Confidently discuss fees and close admissions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with the academic team for batch allocation
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for every prospect
Performance Expectations
- Maintain strong conversion ratios
- Ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline management
- Deliver consistent performance with discipline and accountability
Requirements
- Minimum 0.5-1 year of sales experience (education industry preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to confidently ask for fees and close deals
- Fluent in English and Gujarati
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Team player with a growth mindset
- Respect for reporting structure and organisational discipline
Work Details
- Full-Time Role
- 6 days working (Sunday off)
- 9-10 hours workday (shift may vary)
- Location: Pal, Surat
