JOB OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a motivated and articulate Lead Executive to join our sales/customer outreach team. They will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to prospective or existing customers to generate leads, close sales, and provide excellent customer service.
Roles & Responsibility
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce/promote products or services.
- Receive inbound calls, address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales conversions.
- Follow up with leads and past prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, lead status etc. in CRM or relevant database.
- Understand customer needs, respond accordingly, resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
- Stay informed of product/service details, promotions, updates and industry trends.
- Use scripts & guidelines provided; also suggest improvements or feedback to call scripts or process.
- Work in coordination with sales, marketing & support teams to ensure consistent customer experience.
JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
- Prior experience in tele calling, telesales or customer service preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English / Regional language.
- Basic computer skills: MS Office, data entry, using CRM systems.
EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (higher secondary); graduation is a plus.
- Multilingual skills (local / regional languages) to connect with broader customer base.
- Prior experience with cold calling / outbound sales campaigns.
- Familiarity with performance incentives / commission-based targets.
- Good phone etiquette & professional demeanour.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation & listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejection, maintain positive attitude & stress resilience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
